Thank you for shopping with Lulu Galaxy! We happily return or exchange unworn products for a different size, color, or style for all Domestic US and International Orders within 15 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
All Returns and Exchanges will be processed through email. Please email us at contact@lulugalaxy.com. In the subject title put ‘Return or Exchange Request’ and in the body of the email put your order number and your reason for wanting to return the product(s). Please return all product(s) to the return address on your package.
For items that are "one size fit most", please know that these items are only available to us in one size and do not always fit all. We do our best to fit all body types whenever possible. If your item does not fit the way you would like, we will happily process an exchange right away!

If your product(s) ordered say PRE-ORDER in the product description please allow the time mentioned for us to ship your order.
A confirmation email with USPS Tracking will be sent to you once your order is processed and shipped. Love Tribe is not responsible for packages once they have been dispatched or any customs/duty fees.
Most of our items are hand made and designed with care and love. Please allow 12-20 days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available on specific items.
